Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using our apps (the "Apps")
created by Muhammad Bassio (the "Developer", "us", or "we").
By accessing and using our apps, you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you are not authorized to use any of our apps.
We may modify these Terms at any time and such modification will be effective immediately.
If you choose to buy any subscription through our apps (the "Subscription"),
payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
The Subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24. hours before the current period ends.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
The Developer may modify or remove features of the subscription at any time, with or without notice.
You agree that the Developer will bear no liability to you or any third party in such event.
All purchases are final. The Developer cannot issue refunds for purchases charged to your Apple ID.
The Developer, at its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees in accordance with Apple's policies.
Our apps & websites may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Developer.
The Developer has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites
or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Developer shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage
or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods,
or services available on or through any such websites or services.
You agree that our apps, including but not limited to content, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video cips,
editorial content, and the software used to implement our apps, contain proprietary information and material that is owned by us,
and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright.
You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever, except for use of our apps for personal,
noncommercial uses in compliance with these Terms.
No portion of our apps may be reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
You agree not to modify, rent, loan, sell, or distribute our apps or content in any manner,
and you shall not exploit our apps in any manner expressly authorized.
User grants the Developer a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate into our apps any suggestion,
enhancement request, recommendation, correction, or other feedback provided by User or any other party relating to our apps.
The Developer reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.
The Apple name, the Apple logo,and other Apple trademarks, service marks, graphics,
and logos used in connection with our apps are trademarks or registered trademarks of Apple.
You are granted no right or license with respect to any of these trademarks.
In no event shall the Developer, parners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
(i) Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our apps
(ii) Any conduct or content of any third party on our apps
(iii) Any content obtained from our apps
(iv) Unauthorized access
Use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract,
tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage,
and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Your use of our apps is at your sole risk. The Apps are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
The Apps are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to,
implied warranties of merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
The Developer, its affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that:
a) The Apps will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
b) Any errors or defects will be corrected
c) The Apps are free of viruses or other harmful components
d) The results of using the Apps will meet your requirements
You understand that all information, data, text, software, audio, images, videos, messages, tags,
or other materials ("Content") available in connection with the Apps are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated.
We do not control or monitor the Content made available in the Apps by others and do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such Content.
You understand that apps may expose you to Content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content,
or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted,
or otherwise made available on the Apps.
You agree that the Developer may terminate your access to the Apps, at our sole discretion, without cause or notice, and without penalty, at any time. We may also at any time discontinue providing access to our apps, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to our apps or any portion thereof may be effected without prior notice, and you agree that the Developer will not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Apps.
At times it may be necessary for us to make changes to the Terms such as due to changes in the services we offer,
Apple's policies and procedures, and/or applicable laws. We reserve the right to update or modify the Terms at any time without prior notice.
Please review the Terms periodically.
Any changes to the Terms will become effective immediately once posted.
As set forth above, your continued use of the Apps after any changes or revisions to the Terms shall indicate your acceptance and agreement
with such revised Terms.
